  • Reservations must be confirmed with Credit Card/Debit Card Details
• Proof of ID Required
  • We are now required by Law to request Passport Identification from all Foreign Guests.  Should you be visiting us from abroad, please ensure you have the necessary documents to hand when checking-in.

• Payments
  • Payments Accepted: Cash or Cr/Dr Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/ Diners Club/Switch/Solo)
  • If paying in cash, a refundable deposit of £50 is required, together with full payment of room, upon check-in.
• Reception Hours
  • 8am – 10pm (Monday – Thursday), and 9am – 7pm (Friday – Sunday).
    *Please note these hours will vary from time to time*
• Check-In Time
  • 3pm – 10pm (Monday – Thursday), and 3pm – 7pm (Friday – Sunday)
• Check Out Time
  • Strictly by 11am (Monday – Sunday)
  • Late check-outs are charged an additional 50% of the room rate.
• No Smoking 
  • However we do have a smokers corner outside our entrance
• No Animals allowed (except Guide Dogs)
