• Reservations
  • Reservations must be confirmed with Credit Card/Debit Card Details
• Proof of ID Required
  • We are now required by Law to request Passport Identification from all Foreign Guests.  Should you be visiting us from abroad, please ensure you have the necessary documents to hand when checking-in.
• Cancellation Policy
  • 50% of the first nights' stay will be levied if cancellation is made after 2pm the day before arrival.
    Full rate of first nights' stay will be charged if cancellation is made after 2pm on the day of arrival.
    Full rate of room will be charged in the case of a no show.
• Payments
  • Payments Accepted: Cash or Cr/Dr Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/ Diners Club/Switch/Solo)
• Reception Hours
  • 8am – 10pm (Monday – Friday), and 8.30am – 7pm (Saturday and Sunday).
    *Please note these hours will vary from time to time*
• Check-In Time
  • 3pm – 10pm (Monday – Friday), and 3pm – 7pm (Saturday and Sunday)
• Check Out Time
  • Strictly by 11am (Monday – Sunday)
  • Late check-outs are charged an additional 50% of the room rate.
• No Smoking 
  • However we do have a smokers corner outside our entrance
• No Animals allowed (except Guide Dogs)
